BAFF activation prevention
BAFF activation prevention
Abstract
B-cell activating factor (BAFF) is an essential cytokine for B-cell maturation, differentiation and survival. Excess BAFF induces aggressive or neoplastic B-cell disorders and contributes to the development of various B-cell malignancies. Our research aims to investigate the role of BAFF in B-cell disorders and explore potential therapeutic strategies to prevent BAFF activation, thereby reducing the risk of B-cell malignancies.
