Sulforaphane Targets TRA-1/GLI Upstream of DAF-16
Abstract
Sulforaphane may support healthy aging, but the underlying detailed mechanisms are unclear. This study aims to investigate the role of sulforaphane in modulating the TRA-1/GLI pathway, which is upstream of DAF-16. The results of this study will provide new insights into the mechanisms of sulforaphane in promoting healthy aging.
