SARS-CoV-2/ACE2 Interaction Suppression
SARS-CoV-2/ACE2 Interaction Suppression
Abstract
The interaction between SARS-CoV-2 and ACE2 receptors plays a crucial role in the infection process. However, the expression of ACE2 is extremely low in the airway, making it a challenging target for the virus. The suppression of this interaction could potentially lead to the development of new therapeutic strategies for the treatment of SARS-CoV-2 infection.
