Characterization of land use conflicts in APPs
Characterization of land use conflicts in APPs
Abstract
This study aimed to map land use and occupation classes and their respective conflicts in Areas of Permanent Preservation (APPs) of the Barra Seca watershed. The research focused on identifying the main land use and occupation classes and their conflicts, as well as the factors that contribute to these conflicts. The results of this study can provide valuable insights for policymakers and stakeholders to develop effective strategies for managing land use conflicts in APPs and promoting sustainable development.
