Análisis del consumo de combustible y del índice de desgaste de los neumáticos de los equipos mineros

Abstract

El trabajo se realizó en una Mina perteneciente al Grupo Empresarial Cubaníquel, Holguín, Cuba, con el objetivo de determinar los índices de consumo de combustible y desgastes de neumáticos respectivamente de los camiones y excavadoras; se estructuró en dos partes: en la primera se hizo un análisis del consumo del combustible de los camiones y en la segunda parte se estudió este consumo en las retroexcavadoras. Además se determinó el índice de desgaste de los neumáticos de los camiones. Se evaluó el consumo unitario de la potencia generada. Como resultado final se obtuvo un índice de combustible de 31,73 l/h y 47,6 l/h para camiones y retroexcavadoras respectivamente; superior al reportado actualmente de 25 l/h, como promedio, debiendo adoptarse las comprobaciones pertinentes para su ajuste. El índice de desgaste de los neumáticos durante la explotación de los camiones fue de 163 h/mm, lo que se considera pequeño.
