Жовчнокислотний спектр жовчі самців щурів при дії L-цистеїну

Abstract

У гострих дослідах на щурах-самцях показано, що введення L-цистеїну (20 мг/кг, внутрішньопортально) зменшує вміст глікокон’югатів та вільних жовчних кислот і збільшує концентрацію таурокон’югатів у жовчі. Припускається, що екзогенне надходження амінокислоти створило умови для більш ефективного синтезу таурину із залученням його до реакцій кон’югації, однак зумовило Н2S-опосередкований пригнічувальний ефект на кисеньзалежні процеси при синтезі та транслокації окремих фракцій жовчних кислот через мембрани гепатоцитів.
