Abstract

The BioFresh Pond Database contains sampling records of different biological groups (mainly amphibia, invertebrates, macrophytes) at 460 European ponds. The data were collated from scientific literature and unpublished sources.

Commonly used series of methods steps regarding amphibians, macro invertebrates, zooplankton, macrophytes (e.g. sampling, identification, data management)
