榍石原位微区LA-ICPMSU-Pb年龄测定
Abstract
利用配有193nmArF准分子激光剥蚀系统的Agilent7500a四极杆电感耦合等离子体质谱仪(Q-ICPMS),分别采用单点和线扫描分析模式对榍石标样BLR-1,OLT-1和锆石标样91500,GJ-1进行了原位微区U-Pb年龄测定.实验结果显示,以榍石BLR-1作为外部标样,单点和线扫描分析所获得榍石OLT-1的206Pb/238U加权平均年龄分别为1015±5Ma(2σ, n =24)和1017±6Ma(2σ, n =24),在误差范围内与其年龄推荐值1014Ma一致;而以锆石91500作为外部标样,单点和线扫描分析所获得榍石BLR-1的206Pb/238U加权平均年龄分别为917±4Ma(2σ, n =24)和927±5Ma(2σ, n =24),榍石OLT-1的206Pb/238U加权平均年龄分别为891±4Ma(2σ, n =24)和901±5Ma(2σ, n =24),二者相对于其年龄推荐值均偏年轻~12%.这些结果表明,在LA-ICPMSU-Pb年龄测定过程中,不同种矿物(榍石与锆石)之间存在明显的基体效应,而同种矿物之间基体效应则很小.因此,在原位微区LA-ICPMSU-Pb测年分析过程中,必须用同种矿物作为外部标样进行元素分馏校正.以房山岩体为研究实例,对该岩体中的榍石进行了U-Pb年龄测定,揭示了房山岩体快速冷却的热年代学史.
