Abstract

This repository contains the files needed for reference mapping (Azimuth - R) and transfer learning (scArches - Python) based on the core GBmap reference. It also provides a CellChat object for interactive visualization of cell-cell interactions using the CellChat's docker container or standalone shiny app.
