Abstract

Original provider: University of North Carolina, Wilmington Dataset credits: William A. McLellan, University of North Carolina Wilmington Supplemental information: The original survey data are separated into two datasets, from left-side and right-side observers upon provider's request. This dataset is from the left side sighting data. The right side sighting data are available on OBIS-SEAMAP in the AFTT Hatteras Aerial Survey -Right side- 2012-2013 dataset. This dataset includes a subset of the data collection for the Hatteras Aerial surveys. All the data of the collection are available in the following datasets including this dataset: UNCW Hatteras Aerial Survey -Left side- 2017 UNCW Hatteras Aerial Survey -Right side- 2017 UNCW Hatteras Aerial Survey - Left side - 2016 UNCW Hatteras Aerial Survey - Right side - 2016 UNCW Hatteras Aerial Survey - Left side - 2015 UNCW Hatteras Aerial Survey - Right side - 2015 AFTT Cape Hatteras Aerial Survey -Left side- 2014 AFTT Cape Hatteras Aerial Survey -Right side- 2014 AFTT Hatteras Aerial Survey -Left side- 2012-2013 AFTT Hatteras Aerial Survey -Right side- 2012-2013 AFAST Hatteras Aerial Survey -Left side- 2011-2012 AFAST Hatteras Aerial Survey -Right side- 2011-2012 All the US Navy-funded survey datasets are found in the OBIS-SEAMAP US Navy page.
