Programme d'étude de la flore et des végétations aquatiques du bassin de la Seine, principalement financé par L'Agence de l'Eau Seine-Normandie. Ce programme vise à l’amélioration des connaissances taxonomique et spatiale de la flore aquatique et des végétations.
