Abstract

This database contains information regarding the holdings of the Germplasm Bank of the Departamento de Biología Vegetal at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid. This germplasm bank has around 10.000 accessions and is specialized in worldwide crucifer seeds (with major emphasis in the tribe Brassiceae) and in seeds of Iberian and Macaronesian endemics. Note: this dataset was previously orphaned. It has been rescued by ① extracting it from the GBIF.org index (see GBIF Download in External Data) and ② republishing it on this IPT data hosting centre as version 1.0.
