Fortalecimiento del herbario SERO

Abstract

El herbario SERO se creo en el año 2000, con especímenes recolectados desde 1981 en proyectos llevados a cabo por SERBO, A.C. Los especímenes con que cuenta son casi exclusivamente del estado de Oaxaca, a la fecha se tienen poco más de 16 000 especímenes integrados al herbario, todos ya en base de datos. Actualmente el rezago que se tiene es en la determinación taxonómica, en el montaje de al menos 10 000 especímenes, 5 000 colectados en varios proyectos de SERBO Y 5 000 especímenes de intercambio provenientes de varios herbarios, estos también deben ser capturados en la base de datos del herbario, así como la optimización del espacio en el herbario con infraestructura adecuada y equipo.Reino: 1 Filo: 1 Clase: 5 Orden: 62 Familia: 217 Género: 1158 Subgénero: 17 Especie: 2902 Epitetoinfraespecifico: 75
