Macroinvertebrados acuáticos asociados a las sabanas inundables de las cuencas de los ríos Bita, Manacacías y Cravo Sur - SULU II

Abstract

Se evaluó la comunidad de macroinvertebrados acuáticos asociados a sabanas inundables en tres ventanas de estudio en los departamentos de Casanare, Meta y Vichada. Se monitorearon 39 estaciones que incluyen lagunas, morichales, caños, ríos, esteros y jagüeyes en un gradiente altitudinal de 71 a 213 msnm. El muestreo fue realizado en los meses de junio y julio de 2018. La colecta se efectuó por medio de red Surber, red D y Tamiz monitoreando los sustratos disponibles en cada ecosistema como grava, roca, hojarasca, lodo, macrofitas, troncos sumergidos, vegetación riparia, entre otros. Se colectaron 5096 organismos distribuidos en tres filos, siete clases, 17 órdenes, 56 familias y 134 géneros, logrando una representatividad del 87.2%.
