Abstract

Colección de ejemplares pertenecientes, en su mayoría, al Herbario de Renato Sanzín, patrimonio histórico y de referencia del trabajo de botánicos y colectores en la flora regional entre 1900 y 1920. Los materiales corresponden al grupo de las plantas vasculares (nativas y exóticas). Los ejemplares han sido colectados en su mayoría por R. Sanzín y P. Jorgensen en la provincia de Mendoza y también en otras provincias argentinas como Catamarca, San Luis, Córdoba, Tucumán, Formosa y Misiones. Además, se encuentran depositados en el herbario ejemplares colectados por otros botánicos en países limítrofes como Chile, Paraguay y Uruguay.
