Mamíferos voladores de San Andrés y Providencia - Expedición Sea Flower Plus 2021

Abstract

Durante el mes de septiembre y en el marco de la expedición Sea Flower Plus 2021, se desarrollaron las actividades de campo, en las que se implementaron dos metodologías (redes de niebla y detección acústica) para la caracterización de mamíferos voladores que ocupan el archipiélago. El conjunto de datos especies de murciélagos, distribuidos en seis familias y siete géneros. Los registros de mamíferos reportados buscan contribuir a la generación de cartografía para el archipiélago, apoyar la identificación de un portafolio de áreas prioritarias de restauración, rehabilitación y recuperación para las áreas afectadas por los huracanes y brindar herramientas para la socialización y apropiamiento del conocimiento científico generado durante la expedición con las comunidades del Archipiélago y las demás partes interesadas. El conjunto datos presenta 133 registros biológicos, representados en dos especies. seis géneros y cuatro familias.
