Florística y biogeografía de algunos bosques mesófilos de la Huasteca Hidalguense: Fase II (Tlahuelompa y Eloxochitlán)

Abstract

Este proyecto tiene como objetivo la continuación de estudios taxonómicos y biogeográficos de la flora del bosque mesófilo de montaña de Hidalgo y la Sierra Madre Oriental. Se efectuaron estudios sobre su distribución, relaciones fitogeográficas, composición y taxones característicos, además de análisis comparativos entre las diferentes islas del archipiélago mexicano de bosque mesófilo. De estos bosques se obtuvo una lista florística constituida por 114 familias, 246 géneros y 346 especies de plantas vasculares. En este momento se encuentra en revisión el escrito que será sometido a una revista de excelencia mexicana para publicar los resultados obtenidos durante esta fase del proyecto.
