Seagrass coverage of Pelican Lagoon, Kangaroo Island, South Australia (2013)
Abstract
Inshore benthic habitat mapping of Pelican Lagoon, Kangaroo Island as part of a wider Department of Environment, Water and Natural Resources (DEWNR) project to map specific areas of the South Australian inshore environments. Data was captured on Kangaroo Island during 2013 which included field observations and Underwater video footage. This data is part of a national program Seamap Australia (testing a national marine benthic habitat classification scheme) and NESP Marine Biodiversity Hub Project D3 (Reefs on the Australian Continental Shelf).
