Abstract

Bajo el marco del convenio Fibras No. 19-155, entre el Instituto de Investigación de Recursos Biológicos Alexander von Humboldt y ECOPETROL S.A.S y la Universidad de los ANDES, se llevó a cabo un muestreo de hongos. El muestreo se llevó a cabo entre marzo de 2021 y junio de 2021. El presente conjunto de datos contiene un total de 202 registros biológicos de hongos distribuidos en 3 filos, Ascomycota representado por 15 órdenes, Basidiomycota representado por 4 órdenes y Mucoromycota representado por 1 orden.
