Abstract

Con el propósito de generar conocimiento sobre la biodiversidad marina y costera de la Bahía Tukakas, el Instituto de Investigaciones Marinas y Costeras - INVEMAR, en asocio con la Corporación Autónoma Regional de La Guajira - CORPOGUAJIRA, diseñaron y ejecutaron la expedición científica Lamuuna Neimaluú, llevada a cabo entre el 19 y 28 de abril del 2023, en el marco de la estrategia Colombia BIO del Ministerio de Ciencia, Tecnología e Innovación. Este recurso presenta 539 registros biológicos obtenidos durante los muestreos realizados entre 0 y 17.5 m de profundidad, en los cinco ecosistemas estratégicos del área (praderas de pastos, formaciones coralinas, fondos sedimentarios, litoral rocoso, y manglar). Dichos registros representan a 194 especies marinas de 17 fila, correspondientes a animales, plantas, cromistas y bacterias. Este conjunto de datos complementa al recurso titulado "Aves y mamíferos terrestres de la Bahía Tukakas, Alta Guajira colombiana. Proyecto Colombia BIO: Expedición Lamuuna Neimalu’u", los cuales en suma presentan el inventario general de registros de biota generado por la expedición.
