Herpetofauna terrestre de San Andrés, Caribe insular Colombiano
San Andrés es una isla Colombiana ubicada en el caribe occidental cuya herpetofauna tanto insular como continental presenta un relativo alto grado de endemismo. Por medio de este estudio se proporciona la primera información sobre el contexto actual de la herpetofauna, la forma en que comparten los hábitats naturales y reparten sus abundancias. Conocimiento fundamental para la elaboración de medidas de manejo y conservación de esta fauna potencialmente amenazada.
En este recurso se presentan 70 registros colectados entre mayo y julio del año 2021, incluyendo 32 registros del orden Anura, 36 de Squamata y 2 de Testudines.
