Bacterial biogeography of a High Arctic ice cap
Abstract
This study investigates the roles of dispersal, environmental and biotic filtration in bacterial assemblies, in order to understand the environmental influences in cryoconite ecosystems. Foxfonna dome is used as a model ecosystem to observe the bacterial biogeography of an ice cap.
