Assister l'Etat et les opérateurs Natura 2000 à prendre en charge les enjeux et missions en rapport avec la flore et les habitats d'intérêt communautaire : Contrôler les cartographies produites en Bourgogne et produire une carte standardisée, aider les opérateurs à la mise en place de suivi, dans des expertises, à produire des cahier des charges d'études, évaluation de l'état de conservation...
