Abstract
La Colección Zoológica de la Universidad del Tolima cuenta con ejemplares de 21 familias de reptiles colectados en los departamentos de Tolima, Boyacá, Santander, Cundinamarca, Valle del Cauca, Caquetá, Huila, Chocó, Casanare, Norte de Santander, Putumayo, Cesar y Magdalena. Los ejemplares de la colección provienen principalmente de proyectos desarrollados por los diferentes grupos de investigación de la Universidad en colaboración con Corporaciones Autónomas Regionales y Empresas privadas.
