66932 registros de biodiversidad de Bacterias y Archaeas en suelos andino-amazónicos en el camino Andaki, departamento de Caquetá (Colombia) colectados en el camino Andaquí en marco de la expedición Colombia BIO, en un gradiente altitudinal con puntos de muestreo desde los 500 metros hasta los 1875.
