Abstract

Los presentes datos corresponden a cerca del 58% de la colección, representados por muestras de 25 departamentos del territorio colombiano, aunque mayormente del flanco oriental de la cordillera oriental y la llanura amazónica, de los departamentos del Caquetá, Putumayo y Meta. Recolectadas en bosques secundarios, borde de bosques y borde de río. Dentro de esta recopilación de datos, se cuenta con cerca de 79 proyectos, asociados a 206 familias, 1.124 géneros y 2.394 especies.

Este recurso contiene la información taxonómica de 11.734 registros de la colección de referencia del Herbario Enrique Forero de la universidad de la Amazonia (HUAZ), esta colección se fundó con el objetivo de realizar investigación científica, conservación, exhibición y educación. El herbario cuenta con un total de 20.000 ejemplares, determinados bajo el sistema de APG IV.
