Fungal occurrences from the Basque Country and neighbouring areas: ARAN-Fungi

Abstract

This dataset contains 45902 fungal occurrences (Fungi, Myxomycota) from the Basque Country (France, Spain) and neighbouring areas. To a lesser extent specimens from other areas of France and Spain, Portugal, Macaronesian Islands and Italy are also kept. Data were recorded since 1975. Records with a voucher specimen are deposited in ARAN-Fungi herbarium.
