Abstract

Reptiles depositados en la colección del Instituto Humboldt. En el 2012 se de inicio a la curaduría taxonómica de la colección de reptiles, proceso incluye preliminarmente la depuración y revisión de los catálogos, ejemplares y bases de datos de la colección de reptiles. El proceso se siguió la siguiente metodología: 1. Curaduría de la colección de reptiles para actualización taxonómica; 2. Revisión de catálogos físicos, ejemplares y bases de datos; 3. Migración de base de datos revisada y depurada a la herramienta de sistematización. Desde mediados del 2014 a partir de proyectos como, delimitación de paramos y humedales, bosque seco, Ecopetrol entre otros, la colección cuenta con 7610 ejemplares físicamente catalogados los cuales se encuentran en proceso de sistematización y validación.
