Abstract

El valle de Cuatrociénegas de Carranza es un humedal del desierto Chihuahuense dentro del estado de Coahuila. Una las principales características más sorprendentes de este lugar es un alto nivel de endemismo y una gran diversidad a nivel taxonómico a pesar de ser una zona limitada en nutrientes. Dadas las características biológicas únicas del área, su conservación y estudio es una prioridad y para poder trabajar sobre usos potenciales y preservación de la biodiversidad es necesario mejorar el conocimiento de esta, es decir, tener una noción de que tenemos y donde lo tenemos. Es con este fin que se construyó un repositorio de datos que recopila amplia información sobre diferentes eventos y tipos de muestreo a lo largo de más de 5 años, constituyendo actualmente una fuente de información importante para la generación de conocimiento sobre la biodiversidad del valle de CuatrociénegasReino: 1 Filo: 1 Clase: 1 Orden: 15 Familia: 35 Género: 69 Especie: 85
