Abstract

Los Censos Nacionales de Aves son una iniciativa Colombiana enmarcada dentro de la Estrategia Nacional para la Conservación de las Aves y hacen parte de las actividades propuestas por la Red Nacional de Observadores de Aves - RNOA. Estos censos tienen como principal objetivo aportar al conocimiento del estado actual de las poblaciones de aves en nuestro país y divulgar y popularizar la observación de las aves a nivel nacional. Actualmente se realizan dos censos nacionales anuales: los Conteos Navideños y los Conteos de Aves Acuáticas. Este recurso pertenece a los censos navideños de Aves realizados en el Parque Nacional Natural Tamá y contiene 791 registros tomados en los años 2010 y 2016. Todos los registros se evaluaron a nivel de especie y contiene un total de 85 especies de aves.
