Abstract
O HAMAB possui uma coleção de cerca de 20 mil espécimes catalogadas (exsicatas) sobre a flora do Amapá e amostras de plantas de vegetação de outras regiões brasileiras. A coleção abrange 194 famílias botânicas, cerca de 2 mil gêneros e quase 5 mil espécies.
