HURB - Herbário do Recôncavo da Bahia
Abstract
O Herbário do Recôncavo da Bahia foi criado em 2007 por professores da UFRB. As primeiras coletas foram realizadas por professores do curso de Ciências Biológicas e por estudantes de graduação desenvolvendo seus estágios supervisionados, bolsa trabalho e TCC. Grande parte do acervo é proveniente de coletas realizadas em ambientes aquáticos e remanescentes de Mata Atlântica, flora característica do Recôncavo da Bahia. Além disso, o acervo possui doações de vários herbários nacionais e internacionais. Em março de 2012, foi registrado no Index Herbariorum.
