Abstract
O Herbário CPAP foi fundado em 1984 pelos pesquisadores Arnildo Pott e Vali Pott. Ele pertence à Embrapa Pantanal. Trata-se de um herbário local e conta com exemplares coletados em todas as subdivisões das bacias hidrográficas que compõem o Pantanal. É uma das coleções mais representativas desse Bioma, com cerca de 25.000 espécimes. Também possui espécimes do Chaco, Cerrado sensu lato e de Florestas Estacionais Decíduas e Semidecíduas da parte não inundável da Borda Oeste do Pantanal.
