Butterflies Australia is a citizen science project that aims to get everybody looking at butterflies and recording their sightings launched in October 2019. There is a free phone app (iOS and Android) and a website for sending in sightings. The apps also include a free digital field guide, and the website will have a feature that lets you explore the butterfly data in a number of ways on a handy map.
