This publication presents a set of occurrence records of Rothschild’s giraffe observed at Mwea National Reserve in Central part of Kenya between March 2017 and November 2017. The study lists all the Rothschild’s giraffes observed and their georeference positions within the reserve. Publication of this data adds to the database on the Rothschild’s giraffe subspecies to advance research on distribution modeling to inform conservation planning for the vulnerable Subspeciess at the local scale and across Africa
