Abstract

A Coleção Ictiológica do Laboratório de Ecologia de Peixes da Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro reúne cerca de 2600 lotes tombados com 380 espécies de peixes, compreendendo as Classes Chondrichthyes, Actinopterygii e Sarcopterygii. A coleção reune espécimes coletados entre 1954 e 2020, e destaca-se por sua representatividade dos mais diversos hábitats dulcícolas, salobros e marinhos, presentes nos estados do Sudeste Brasileiro.
