Predicting environmental flows is a major challenge. Despite advanced computing tools being more accessible, quick and accurate predictions remain difficult. Our research combines precise but complex methods with more straightforward, faster techniques to improve predictions for various environmental issues. These include city wind flow, pollutant and virus spread, coral reef resistance, and microplastic movement in estuaries. By blending these methods, we aim to balance accuracy and efficiency, effectively addressing various environmental fluid dynamics challenges. Ultimately, we seek to enhance our understanding of these processes, aiding better decisions and strategies for environmental management, especially as sustainability and resilience concerns grow.
