Why is my Curriculum White? No Democratization without Decolonization! In line with global movements such as Black Lives Matter, students in the Netherlands also ask critical questions about the epistemological foundations of their education. They find the curriculum too one-sidedly based on Western knowledge. They believe that this selective knowledge does not adequately prepare them for life in a dynamic pluralist and more just society. In this project, students and staff discover in dialogues and workshops how they can work together as critical cooperatives, rather than as distrustful antagonists, in order to productively translate difficult issues into concrete curriculum revisions.
