The Erasmus MC takes a two-pronged approach to enhancing Open Science (OS) and Team Science policy directed at both researchers and their hosting departments. We will further develop our Care-4-Research Talent programme to include Team Science and extend our innovative Portfolio Model that is used to determine the allocation of finances to departments with Open Science practices. By addressing both the individual and institutional levels, we aim to stimulate an environment that recognizes and rewards the adoption of OS practices across the Erasmus MC. This proposal is a collaboration between research policy advisors, data stewards and HR advisors.
