This research project focuses on the AI ​​transition and the opportunities and challenges for organizations. It investigates how AI literacy among employees (depending on role or function) can contribute to responsible and effective deployment of AI. AI literacy includes critically evaluating and effectively collaborating with AI. We design, develop and test prototypes of organizational interventions (such as culture change and training) and AI interfaces (User Experience Design) to promote a holistic, responsible AI practice, in which employees are empowered to make informed, wise decisions in their interactions with AI technology.
