Many Mothers and Young People in vulnerable situations get into trouble because they are not connected to social networks. In this project mentioned the Citizen Organizations Institutional Networks (B.O.I.N)s. We investigate how reciprocity, shared leadership can lead to accepted help and support and trust among the Mothers and Young People. In addition, the influence of this on feeling well (fit-match) and leaving less often (drop-out). To help the care and welfare professionals, civil servants, teachers and the Mothers and Young People themselves with this, prototypes are being developed in this project and a handbook to monitor, evaluate their B.O.I.Ns
