The project COFFEE- cooperation for fair economy and education collects 6 partners in partnership for enhance their capacity: Fundacja Dzieła Kolpinga w Polsce- FDK, Fundación Padre Adolfo Kolping A.C. Mexico-FPKM, Obra Kolping en Honduras-OKH, Malopolska Institute of Local Government and Administration- MiSTIA, Langen Kaffee GmbH-LK, Organizatia Centrala a Familiilor Kolping din Romania,(KOR)Project aims: • foster cooperation and exchanges in the field of youth work with emphasis on increasing youth employment between Programme Countries (Poland, Germany, Romania) and Partner Countries (Honduras, Mexico) thanks to creation and improvement partnership among organizations active in youth work to empower young people on labour market, especially to assist youth in an integrated way • improve the quality of youth work and non-formal learning in all countries taking part in the project, especially due to education of youth workers • promote transnational non-formal learning mobility between Programme and Partner Countries, especially targeting young people with fewer opportunities, with a view to improving participants' level of key competences and fostering their active participation in society due to creation of cooperation between youth organizations based on mobility activities• empower youth organisations to rise youth employment thanks to realization of capacity building project and to cooperation, networking and peer-learning activities fostering efficient management and gaining new ideas, methods and toolsMain target group of the project: youth staff and young leaders of youth groups aged 18-30 years-coordinators of youth groups, youth coaches and trainers, members of boards responsible for youth work, all person coming from project partners countries: Poland, Germany, Mexico, Honduras, Romania. Planned project activities combine complementary activities. 1) Transnational project meetings, topics of transnational meetings: • Poland, (November 2018 )- Kickoff meeting, Youth and personal development tools• Honduras, (February 2019)- Development meeting, Youth and social entrepreneurship • Germany, (May 2019)- Progress meeting, Fair trade and entrepreneurial thinking• Romania, (February 2020)- Review meeting, Stakeholders of youth social economy management and engagement2) Youth exchange-Mexico, (July- August 2019)- My cup of COFFEE, 16 young person, 10 days3) Program of mobility of youth workers- Strengthen COFFEE, 19 mobilities in partners organization4) Intellectual outputs- toolkit- Model of youth leaders development for fair economy and education will be created based on educational learning outcomes after partners meeting, youth exchange and mobility of youth workers, movie promoting social entrepreneurship and fair trade economy among youth5) Fair trade week- Poland, May 2020- large-scale youth event6) Dissemination events- 5, one in each project partners countries, workshops, seminars for local communities.
