Both Europe and the world face challenges related to climate change&the Industrial Revolution 4.0.In response,EU's ambition is to build an economy that is at the same time low-carbon,circular,entrepreneurial&digital.That is related to changing the way we think - through education for safeguarding the valuable natural resources and making full use of their economic value,guaranteeing sustainable development and green growth for the generations to come.In this regard,after a number of online meetings for exchange of experience&ideas held in English,the innovative Private School“Tzar Simeon Veliki”,together with “PBL Institute”, Lithuania - with expertise in the implementation and development of project/problem-based learning,and “EcoCenter”,Hungary - linking environmental&education issues,have initiated this project entitled:Development of Eco-Entrepreneurship competences for Green and Personal Growth.The target group for the project are:on the one hand students in lower secondary school (12-15 years) and on the other:lower secondary school teachers and natural science teachers.The main objective of the project is to create an innovative methodology helping natural science teachers to form key competences among students from the upper-secondary education level related to entrepreneurship in the field of environmental education through active transnational cooperation and transfer of innovative practices.
