<< Objectives >>O1: Equip youth workers with knowledge and skills on ICTs & project management O2: Enable immigrant NGOs to participate in cross-border cooperation by learning from the best practices and trainingO3: Lower the entry barriers to the Erasmus+ program for NGOs with reduced capacity.<< Implementation >>The INTEGRA project plans to carry out the following activities:1. Project administration (A1)2. Start meeting (M1)3. Participatory visit in RO (C1)4. Online course (C2)5.Training course (C3)6. In-house workshops in each partner country (E1)7. Tutoring sessions in each partner country (E2)8. Final meeting (M2)<< Results >>At the end of INTEGRA project we hope to achieve these results:-To have increased the knowledge and skills on ICTs and project management of our youth workers and young people. -To have strengthened the capacity of more migrant NGOs to join the cross-border collaborations and under Erasmus+ program.-To lower the threshold for entry into the Erasmus+ program for immigrant NGOs with limited organizational capacity.
