"The COVID-19 pandemic has had a negative impact at all levels of the economy, causing the global crisis. The cultural and creative sector in particular felt the effects of a critical situation (restrictions or closure of theatres, concert halls, outdoor events, art workshops, etc.), and the sanitary regime caused that mobile people, with knowledge of operating in the network, adapted and transferred their activities to the internet. However, a group of artists, especially artists with disabilities, do not have the basic knowledge on how to do it: from material preparation, technical service and promotion. The key task is to provide solutions (acquisition of new skills, competences) to create opportunities for this group to be creative and artistic in the new reality. An artist with a disability cannot be allowed to be excluded from social, cultural and professional life due to the lack of the necessary skills and competences enhancing creativity. The answer to this problem is the project ""Artist with disabilities online"". The project is primarily intended to support disabled artists in gaining competences in the preparation of an artistic offer and its presentation on the web, i.e. preparation of film and photographic material, its processing in an appropriate program and placing it on the web on the appropriate portal, as well as promotion and marketing. ""Support for creativity and cultural awareness"" and thus ""support for the creation of new skills pathways"" and ""support people in acquiring and improving basic skills and key competence s"" are the main priorities of the project ""Artist with disabilities online "".Participation in the training of artists with disabilities and their assistants will contribute to the promotion of the activity of artists with disabilities in the network - social inclusion through art, will strengthen the aspects of creativity in non-formal education, will enable the use of digital means in adapting cultural assets and events to new circumstances. It will also enable the establishment of new networks and cooperation models (international workshops). The target group are artists from various fields of art: musicians, singers, actors and visual artists - those who create and present their works to a wide audience.Three training sessions will be organized, one at each of the partners (Cultural Centre Wroclaw-West - Poland, Idea - Spain, Apei Centre Alsace - France), during which artists with disabilities and their assistants will learn how to prepare materials for the presentation of their work on the Internet, where to post it and how to promote it to reach the audience.Training 1. Photographic and film material - participation of 30 people, 10 each (5 artists with disabilities, 5 assistants) from Poland, France and SpainTraining 2. Processing of photographic and film material - participation of 30 people, 10 each (5 artists with disabilities, 5 assistants) from Poland, France and SpainTraining 3. Artist in the network - participation of 30 people, 10 each (5 artists with disabilities, 5 assistants) from Poland, France and SpainThe results that we will achieve by implementing the project: ""Artist with disabilities online"" are closely related to our main goal and specific goals. The results achieved during the project implementation include:- establishing contacts with artists from partner countries, exchange of experiences,- possibility of entering the international arena- the possibility of joint creation of disabled artists from Poland, Spain and France- acquiring new technical skills and thus broadening qualifications and professional competences through participation in international training (C1, C2, C3)-developing language skills,Long-term results: -obtaining new competences and technical knowledge enabling the preparation of an artistic offer to new circumstances by adapting it to presentation on the web,- introducing new solutions to the business,- the possibility of raising professional qualifications- the possibility of earning money by providing services consisting in adapting the offer of other artists and placing it on the web- opening up to new solutions-developing and introducing the intellectual result to the market: script/report (O1) containing both knowledge about the basics of presenting creativity on the web and the principles of adapting the artistic offer to the market needs in a crisis situation."
