<< Objectives >>The project aims to prepare participating organizations and other stakeholders for the much-needed transition to digital youth work, helping youth workers to increase their digital competences and organizations to develop and integrate a Digital Youth Work Strategy to build on and develop in future. The project also aims to build a network between the participating organizations and youth workers and develop their skills to work on international projects.<< Implementation >>The project foresees meetings of the partnership, as well as the development of a Strategy for Digital Youth Work, carefully prepared after researching the sector, selecting good practices and testing it in the participating organizations. As part of the process, training will be provided to the youth workers from the partner organizations, related to increasing their digital competencies and working in a digital environment.<< Results >>The successful implementation of the project proposal will contribute to increasing the capacity of the participating organizations and will prepare them to introduce and start implementing quality digital youth work. A network of youth organizations will be established, which will implement joint initiatives in the youth field in the future.
