<< Objectives >>- To reach change in labour market participation & reduce the unemployment of marginalised students (Roma, refugees, students with learning difficulties) upon their graduation from high school.- To improve of these individual's’ employability and job preparation skills to avoid shortages and mismatched via delivery of pre-employment school career guidance programme (C.Rogers model)aiming to reach the sustainable development goals related to reducing of poverty & exclusion of the labour market.<< Implementation >>- Development and implementation of pre-employment school career guidance programme specially adapted for vulnerable to the labour market students, who have existing problems on labour market and society exclusion in Turkey and Bulgaria.- Training of 20 teachers and pedagogical counsellors in Turkey and Bulgaria on small scale implementation of the programme- Preparation of 40 last grade students for the job interviews and labour success- Wider dissemination and exploitation of the programme<< Results >>- IR1 (A5):A pre-employment school career guidance programme toolkit on topics: how to maintain positive physical and verbal image, how to improve their verbal and non-verbal communication, how to answer difficult questions during job interviews, how to prepare in digital format their CV and cover letter.- IR2 (A5):An illustrative info cards about how to apply for credit, how to prepare and submit documents to tax authorities etc.- Project websiteLanguages: English, Bulgarian and Turkish
