<< Objectives >>Prepare youngsters with learning difficulties (e.g. NEETs, young people with mental or physical disabilities) for the job market of the future; provide guidelines on how to motivate young people to undergo vocational training and/or apprenticeship in the IT/coding sector. Furthermore, FUTURE SKILLS aims to enhance cooperation between Austrian and Hungarian youth/educational organizations and IT/coding organizations in order to improve job orientation for young people structurally.<< Implementation >>•Developing modules for a Training Week based on experiences of project partners (coding, soft skills training, laboratory experiments)•Conduction of a Training Week in Austria/Hungary (5 days with framework programme, 16 young people from 2 countries)•Creating a handbook based on the results experienced in the Training Week•Hosting a multiplication networking event The activities are secured to be provided through a constant reliable project management and project dissemination process.<< Results >>•16 young people from 2 countries were provided a profound, practice-oriented job orientation in the IT/coding sector•20 organizations from the educational/youth and IT sector are reached through the international conference and other project activities•1 handbook containing coding basics, social skills and interaction of intercultural groups of based on the Training Week is developed trilingual•60 actively delivered handbooks (digital or printed version) on European level
