<< Objectives >>With the implementation of this project we would like to bring forth the importance of sports for the physical and mental health of young people but also to teachers. Additionally, each partner will focus to secondary aims such as to emphasize the social inclusion and diversity of sports for children with disabilities, to raise awareness that through sports we must protect our environment, to know about ecology, sustainability, recycling and environmental preservation.<< Implementation >>Our activities focus on imparting the positive outcomes of physical exercise. Three countries (Spain, Greece and Portugal) will host teachers and students for training weeks that involve physical exercise, inclusion and ecology lessons. Two countries (North Macedonia and Italy) will host online events that will be available to a wider audience of students. These internet events will be part of our initiative to compel students to work out even at their homes through a computer.<< Results >>Raising awareness of sports will result in fewer mental and physical health problems because when we exercise our body produces hormones of happiness that come as a reward. In addition, the participants will experience less amounts of stress and more importantly, they will know how to manage it. The students will also be involved in ecology and sustainability actions providing the next generations with a sense of environmental compassion but also inclusion to people with disabilities.
