<< Objectives >>The main purpose of this project is to contribute to increase the democratic and political participation of the citizens of the EU. This project is proposed not only concerning electoral participation, but also regarding factors linked to this democratic process, such as the feeling of belongingness to the EU, the lack of closeness to the European institutions, the lack of knowledge of the processes of democratic participation and the need to involve the least represented groups.<< Implementation >>The activities we are going to impplement during the 24 months project are:1) Research of Best practices for a deliberative democracy2) Training for Hub facilitators: pedagogical competencies to manage interactive dialogues3) Local Hubs4) Dissemination of the project<< Results >>We expect more and more part of citizens, especially youth, will participate actively in the political and social life at local, national and international level. We expect NGOs and Youth workers to do more activities regarding the participation of youth people in the political and democratic life of EU since they will gain a lot of experience in this project
